 Denpasar-Labuan Bajo at 09.00 and returning from Labuan Bajo at 10.45.

TransNusa also has three weekly flights to Maumere from Bali using Jet Ba3-146 with a capacity of 82 seats. Additionally Transnusa also fly from Bali to Ende and Kupang (Timor) to Ruteng on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, and Kupang (Timor) - Labuan Bajo every day. TransNusa also serve Kupang - Larantuka.

Batavia Air has started operating from Surabaya-Denpasar-Kupang-Maumere-Kupang using B737-200 type aircraft. Flights to Maumere 4 times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays
